Felony report
The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges - either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility - or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a misdemeanor in addition to a felony.

Austin Scroggins, 19, of the 500 block of East Suttenfield Street , was charged Oct. 14 with violating conditions of release. He was being held without bail.
