Delbert Eugene Scroggins , 76, of Big Spring died Monday, Sept. 5, 2016, at his home.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at the Coahoma Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home.
He was born Nov. 25, 1939, in Boyd, Texas, and married Phyllis Ann Anderson Aug. 20, 1961, in Coahoma, Texas. She preceded him in death January 15, 2014.
Delbert served in the United States Army. He moved to Coahoma in the early 1970's and had worked as a truck driver for over 40 years, retiring in 2007.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis Scroggins [51486:J] of Big Spring, and Matt Scroggins [49261:J] of Hollywood, Fla.; one daughter, Wanda Levy [41268:J] of San Antonio; one sister; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grand-children.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and a grandson.
