Robert 'Bob' Eugene Scroggins was born January 15, 1950 in Neosho, Missouri, the son of James David and Dorothy (Jeffers) Scroggins. He entered into rest on April 10, 2015 at his home, following a sudden illness at the age of 65.
Bob was a lifelong area resident and had served in the U.S. Marines, January 1968 through January 1970. He was a self employed stone mason. He loved his dog, enjoyed fishing, working with his hands and reading the Bible. Bob was a lifelong member of Sweetwater Baptist Church and attended Northside Baptist Church.
